A small bakery with an early alarm

We started with one oven and a 6 am queue. Today it's two ovens, the same queue, and a team of five who mix every dough by hand the night before.

Everything on the counter was baked this morning. Whatever's left at 2 pm goes to the community pantry on Ross Street.
