Coffee the slow way

Our coffee drips through a small metal phin, one cup at a time. It takes four minutes, about as long as your roll.

Dark-roasted beans, ground coarse, go into the phin.
Hot water drips through onto a spoon of condensed milk.
Stirred, poured over ice, and handed over with your roll.
