Prices in Australian dollars. No GST is added: I'm based overseas and not registered for GST in Australia. Paid by PayPal invoice: half to start, half after you approve the live preview. Your domain (.com.au or .au, about A$10 to A$50 a year) is registered to your business, and hosting for most small sites is free or a few dollars a month. Times are business days, counted from when I have your words, photos and any logins I need.

I don't run ads, and I don't promise sales, leads or Google rankings. Nobody honest can.
My job is a clear, fast site that shows what you offer and makes it easy to contact you. If you work with an ads or SEO person, I'm happy to build what they need.

Do you charge GST?
No. I'm based overseas and not registered for GST in Australia, so the price on your quote is the price you pay.
Can I have a .com.au domain?
Yes. A .com.au needs an Australian presence, such as an ABN, ACN or registered business name, and the name has to be closely connected to your business: your business name, a short form of it, or a brand or service you offer. A plain .au name (like yourname.au) needs an Australian presence too. Either way it's registered to your business, so you own it and it renews in your name.
You're in Vietnam. How does that work?
Everything happens by message, email or a short video call. I'm online Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Brisbane time (10 am to 6 pm in Sydney and Melbourne during daylight saving), and I reply within one business day.
What's the difference between an Express page and a Business website?
An Express page is one page in one of my existing styles, filled with your own words and photos, ready in 3 days for A$99 (first ten only). A Business website has up to 5 pages: I write the copy for you, add a contact, quote or booking form and your real Google reviews, and it takes 7 days.
I already have a website. Can you redo it?
Yes. Send me the link and I'll tell you honestly whether a few fixes will do or a new site makes more sense. Your domain stays in your name, and I switch it over only after you've approved the new site.
Do you work with Fresha, Square, Timely or other booking apps?
Yes. In any package, your Book button goes straight to your booking page. Showing booking or ordering inside your site is part of the Growth website. Passing choices from your site into the app, like a chosen shade or extra time for removal, depends on what your app allows, so I check first and quote it separately. I don't build booking systems from scratch.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain and hosting are in your name, and you get all the files. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
What do I need to send you?
Your services and prices, opening hours, suburbs you cover, your ABN and any licence numbers, plus photos and a logo if you have them. Rough notes are fine.
I don't have good photos. Is that a problem?
No. Phone photos work well with a little editing, and I'll send you a short list of shots to take. Stock photos can fill gaps until you have your own.
How do payments work?
By PayPal invoice in Australian dollars. Half to start, and the other half only after you've approved the live preview.
When does the clock start?
Times are business days and start when I have your words, photos and any logins I need. If anything is missing, I'll tell you the same day.
I run a physio or dental clinic. Can my site show reviews?
Not reviews about treatment. AHPRA's rules don't allow testimonials when advertising a regulated health service, so your site leads with your team, fees, rebates and online booking instead.
Can you guarantee more customers?
No. I build a site that makes your business easy to understand and contact. How many customers it brings depends on your business, your reviews and your marketing.
Can I change things after launch?
Yes. Send me a message. Small edits start from A$75, or up to 3 a month are included in the Care plan. If you change prices or hours often, I can add a simple editor so you can do it yourself (A$99).
